Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear or apparel back into its original Skechers box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your nearest Skechers retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
